You may be right. I’ve read that the most common crimes for Hispanic illegals is DUI and sex offenses.
Don’t get me wrong, I live here in Atlanta and there is “always” pimping going on around here. I just think some law enforcement public relations have learned to blur these lines a little bit when speaking to the media.
