He should just change his gym’s name to something other than “crossfit” and do the same workouts. Crossfit is NOT a product at all. It’s a system of movements. There are no franchises at all only “affiliates.” He can still use the same business model without the open and the name crossfit.
Just change the name to “ChristFit” :D
