New York Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney said Wednesday that Democrats will have a plan to hold on to his House seat should he win the nomination for state attorney general. But hes not yet saying what that plan is.
Ive worked my heart out to win this seat and to keep it in Democratic hands and I take that very seriously, Maloney told Roll Call off the House floor Wednesday. Ive been talking to Democratic leadership and what I can tell you is well have a plan in place to keep the seat if I win the attorney general nomination.
Asked what that plan would entail, he said, I think Ill leave it right there.

Wow. . .not even paying lip service to the electorate.
his district is the epitome of GOP stupidity and incompetence...it was held by Republicans for years and is a very conservative district but the GOPe in NY can’t get out of its own way...
Dem party leaders in NY counties will choose his replacement.
Let me guess:
The Democrats will cheat.
(I win, right?)
Republicans haven’t won the New York 18th in 40 years. The Democrats won’t need much of a plan to keep the seat.
