She's not going to be prosecuted. At the time, neither Trump nor the GOP brought it up then, so no one is going to push it two years later. If the FEC pushes it the most they will do is fine her for not filing reports.

The fact that Hillary stole the nomination from Bernie Sanders is what got to his voters, not Stein. A lot of Sander's supporters were people who could not stand her. So when Hillary got the nomination and Sanders encouraged people to vote for her anyway, quite a few of them stayed home or voted for anyone else. I forget the estimates on the percentage but it was noticeable.

I’d agree only if Trump GIVES HER CREDIT for engineering his victory - just to stick it to Hillary yet again.
