This is a story with at least two compelling themes: the apparent betrayal of national security by a veteran Senate staffer and the rise in a mere four years of a comely female reporter in a romantic relationship with Wolfe from unpaid undergraduate intern at McClatchy to the lofty post of New York Times national security correspondent.

I wonder if he shouted "you go, girl!"

He may have been using her. Banging her to keep her sweet, or just because he could. What I’d like to know is whether or not Wolfe’s wife, who was with the FBI until 2016, is involved in this. And if so, how.

Deep State journalism.

The ties between the Deep State and liberal journalists are incestuous.

Here we have a 20 something cub reporter sleeping with a 55 year old man.

For the cause this young female leftist agreed to do anything. Who were here sponsors? How much money did she get? Or did she simply spy on the US Government because of her hatred of those who do not follow the leftist line?

Is she any different from a Muslim jihadist who blows themselves up for the Muslim cause?

Background:

The Senate staffer, James A. Wolfe, was indicted on three counts of making false statements while he served as the committee’s director of security, a position in which he was entrusted with secret and top-secret information provided to the committee as part of its oversight of the intelligence community, the Justice Department said in a statement.

The aide's identity and the lawmaker for whom he or she worked is not clear, but on Thursday, The New York Times published an article saying that federal investigators had seized years' worth of email and phone records relating to one of its reporters, Ali Watkins.

This scum should be the example to all leakers, by hanging!! Also, the so-called reporters should be prosecuted as well.
