Flynn’s perjury conviction need to be overturned..now!
There is no perjury conviction. He pled guilty to lying to the FBI which is not the same as perjury.
The sentencing hearing for the plea has been officially delayed twice at Mueller’s request.
The original judge was recused (which is not the same as recusing himself) and the new judge immediately demanded evidence supporting the plea. Indicating to me at least that somebody higher up in the food chain took steps to protect Flynn and put his case in legal stasis while the Meuller circus was playing out.
I will not be surprised if eventually the new judge rejects the plea and dismisses the charges if Meuller doesn’t withdraw them himself when he runs out of stall tactics.
These to judges are both FISA judges and are supposedly directly supervised by Chief Justice John Roberts.
