Since they are a government contractor, give them the business version of the death penalty. Plus prosecute the company officers as fully as possible. Send a message to the rest of these aholes

The breaches occurred in January and February, . . . Breach my butt, prearranged transfer to someone who donated big bucks to Hillary and in return wanted the information to sell to the highest bidder.
They could have just as easily made it look like Zimbabwe had "hacked" the site.

Chinese government hackers have compromised the computers of a Navy contractor, stealing massive amounts of highly sensitive data related to undersea warfare including secret plans to develop a supersonic anti-ship missile for use on U.S. submarines by 2020, according to American officials. This seems like an odd thing to say. If they were hacked, why go to the press and say what the secrets were that they lost? the "secret plans" arent so secret anymore.
