Bolcom was one of the four kings of the Great Ragtime Revival of the Seventies. In 2008 he sat down with Joan Morris to record the Kern songbook in his own arrangements. He has the gift for highlighting the wonderful melodies that Jerome wrote. This entire album is a wonder.
