‘Rules based....’?
Kind of a curious comment for this guy to make. Trump won the election...on a rules based system. As a President, he has various powers, all based on rules. Everything was done ‘right and proper’ by the rules.
The “rules based order” is being dismantled by DJT because those rules are inimical to America and Americans.
