Ted Cruz had a 96% rating from the American Conservative Union in 2017 and a LIFETIME rating of 99%.
I guess to you, that isn’t conservative enough.

By comparison, Paul scored 95 percent and 97 percent, respectively, in the last two years — ranking fifth in 2014 and third in 2013.
