I want to know if this stroke and page violated policy by texting back and forth during work hours. I would think Judicial Watch or some taxpayer advocacy group could sue them for fraud they claimed full wages while spend time on their phones.
I don’t think it does from what I’ve read. The problem those 2 have is conducting FBI business on personal devices and email. In any event, I suspect personal texting content on FBI phones is fairly boring now..
