I strongly disagree with you on the Colorado baker.

Love takes many forms. So does lust. Finally, in humans at least, so does sex.

Combine love, lust and sex between a man and a woman and is beautiful, natural and when blessed by God, Holy. And yes, that is my opinion, and as long as I’m in a free country I’m sticking with it.

The Bible says that sex between men is unnatural and sinful. And that’s God’s chosen writers who wrote that (Saint Paul, for one).

The cake baker was in his rights not to make the cake and commit what he saw as a sin. Sure he could make some money.

Judas got 30 silver pieces for betraying our Lord, too.

And why is it any interest of the state that some bakers won’t use their skills to make a particular person or persons a cake, and punish them severely for it? Are we a free country or not?

The cake maker just doesn’t make cakes in some factory, but puts his best artistic efforts into it. The work is based on his inspiration, and if he’s not inspired then he cannot do his best work. How can anyone COMPELL him to do so for ANY reason?

The gay couple in question went out of their way to find and punish this baker, even researching for the most Christian baker of fancy baked products they could find. That’s just harassment and religious persecution.

They could have shopped around, as most couples do, to find the perfect cake and price, if that’s what they truly wanted. But they had an agenda already in mind, and it wasn’t getting a cake fro their wedding.

Many couples don’t buy the best cake because the price is too high. Should we compel cake makers to lower their prices to accommodate the poor? Are not the poor discriminated against because they have less money?

President Trump, in Air Force One, just touched down at a Singapore Air Force Base. It is 8:30 PM Sunday in Singapore.

I agree with you A.B. No one should be forced to violate their conscience. Like the random state legislators who now and then want to require medical students to perform abortions in order to achieve their degree or medical license, when this would be innocent blood on the hands of a Christian (and probably other religious people). The left wants not only the freedom to do their own thing, but to force everyone else to violate their conscious and free will to do those same things too. And then they want us to embraced their pride in being odd and sinful, and force us to like it or else be destroyed.

Why did the Civil Rights Act of 1964 ban the denial of black people from being served?

Why can’t a restaurant owner deny people of color or any reason they don’t like a customer?

Yet a baker can deny baking a darn cake for a Gay couple?

I’m sorry.....I know those two guys searched around trying to start a big deal about the wedding cake.

Now if that Chef demanded that he NOT be forced to marry that couple (assume he’s a clergy with ability to marry people) THEN I would agree completely.

I’m sorry and I’ll not discuss it again and I respect your thoughts on the matter AB....but not baking a damn wedding cake?

It just seems silly and small to me.

You may have all the last words.

The cake decision was right, this was not about love but two Gaystapo activists wanting to shut down his business because he would not celebrate their marriage. It is one thing to accept their sin, it is another to celebrate it and they want to force people to celebrate it or lose their businesses like the couple in Oregon who lost their business and house.

As per say a Calvinist or some Baptists where sex for pleasure is dirty and should only be done to have children.

The cake baker was in his rights not to make the cake and commit what he saw as a sin. Sure he could make some money.

No, the cake baker was in his rights not to expend his artistic talent creating culinary art representing something he doesn't believe in.

Totally agree, AB with all of your comment. There is God’s Law & man’s law. The baker was following God’s Law .... the state & various others, allowing and/or condoning gay marriage are creating and following their own man’s law. When we humans create man’s law to supersede God’s Law, there is trouble of many kinds. Our culture and its problems are reflecting those troubles .... just as Bray pointed out in his writings for today. Christians, in particular, are being set up for punishment and persecution by those who wish to live as they please and remove God from our society, with just one example being the cake bakers and we need to stand up for God’s Law and for them.

The gay couple in question went out of their way to find and punish this baker,

As I was reading this, it occurred to me that the baker DID deliver a service to the homosexuals, in that they must have gained some satisfaction from finding a victim and making his life miserable. That should be on the baker's price list; call it the "$499,000 Victim Seeker Special. File a lawsuit and you owe me 499K". I suppose suing them now for non-payment would be retroactive and probably not allowed.

The point being, these Victim Seekers pay no price for their bad behavior. That only encourages the next off the chart deviant from societal norms to file another lawsuit.

I strongly disagree with you on the Colorado baker.

As do I.

I also believe forcing people to accept the obvious mental illness of homosexuality as normal and healthy is the very definition of evil.

My guess is that this “couple” made sure that their perversion was known and rubbed the baker’s face in it. Other wise who would even know. Don’t exclude the idea that they wanted something perverted on it like crossed c@(($
