That was pretty much standard for GW as well, he was usually referred to as Mr. Bush or the President. It was required like a political scandal must identify the party in the first paragraph if it involves a republican, if democrat party, identification is optional in the last paragraph.

Most people who are paying attention by now realize what John Brennan is, and for those who do not, oh well. He has no concern for the American people. In fact, he has no concern for anybody but himself.
