Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) said on Sunday that he found it strange that President Trump had difficulty getting along with U.S. allies, but comfortable speaking with authoritarian leaders.

"I find it very strange that President Trump has such a hard time getting along with the leaders of the world's major democracies but feels very comfortable with despots and authoritarian leaders like Putin, Xi Jinping, Duterte and Mohammad Bin Salman," Sanders said in a tweet.

Bernie wants to play nice in the sandbox with all his 'friends'.

What Bernie refuses to acknowledge is the BULLIES in the playground are the ones you have to confront.

This president is doing what should have been done a long time ago restructuring bad deals made by politicians and looking out for the people.
The people’s president!

Who else on earth is still buying the good ole’ Grandpa Bernie routine?

The guy is a vile snake with no interest whatsoever in the lives of regular American’s.

He only seeks personal power and governmental power over our lives.

Why else would this scum communist bum run for POTUS?

Bernie Sanders is going to be as forgotten as Harry Reid or Tom Daschle.

LOL! Bernie is only mouthing off because Trump is out of the country and he (Bernie) thinks he can get away with it.

Bernie sold out his supporters in exchange for a summer home. Way to go Bernie!

Bernie’s observation is not merited.

Trump is perfectly comfortable with Merkel, Trudeau etc...

This is an example of leftist irrationality.

Because buddying up with our allies has been the SOP and nothing changes. Buddying it up with enemies is challenging and often fruitful in bringing about change.

There’s nobody that can say Trump didn’t tear NKOR and rocketman on the world stage.

Trump is binary. He’s either insulting you and calling you names when you disagree and don’t cooperate or he’s praising your virtues and intelligence for agreeing with you and cooperating. Sometimes obsequiously.

It’s strange that Bernie Sanders takes vacation compounds from so-called “rivals” to throw in the towel, endorse and campaign for them. It’s strange that Bernie never had a real job until he landed in public office. It’s strange that Bernie was thrown out of a hippie commune for being too lazy. It’s strange that Bernie was a pornographic novelist.

Funny how people interpret things to fit their own narrative (politicians/MSM.) I would say that President Trump responds positively to people with a spine and he does not suffer fools. Fools being the amorphous, spineless triple and double speaking jellos.

He also doesn't do passive aggressive like Merkel, May, Trudeu (which also falls under the jellos.)

Occasionally Macron--as idiotic as some of his reactions are to situations he doesn't like and agree with--and always Putin have spine enough to just get pissed and tell him so. Trump respects and expects the latter. I think Trump sees spine enough in Macron to deal with him more directly than the others.

Because USA has been most taken advantage of by our so called Allies!

When I worked for a machinery manufacturer outfit in Chicago, the hardest country to acquire export permits were Japan, S Korea and Western Europe. The easiest were Poland, and other east European countries freed from USSR domination.
