contingent’s hotel stay, Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan said:

"It’s hospitality that we would have offered them, We would of course have

offered hospitality. So, yes we do.... And it’s all within the budget that the Prime Minister

has specified, anyway.

(20 million...half is for security alone for this event)
