15 pounds sounds about right...as an Orthodox Christian I typically shed about 10 pounds during Great Lent when we forgo meat, fish, eggs, and dairy.

Oh that’s just great....now our prisoners get to eat off the menu....the judge is an idiot and needs to pay attention as to who the bad guys are as opposed to the good guys.
If you don’t like the dining hall menu, DON’T GO TO PRISON....
