I think Sessions recused on this issue so its Rosenweasel...I think some folks there are still looking for reasons to be fired so they can scream obstruction of justice (so ironic).
Rosenweasel is in London for one last ditch effort for his insurance. Executive Order will be signed upon Trumps return. Sometimes you have to provide more rope for a good hanging.
