American Elite Molding LLC (AEM), a manufacturer based in Crestview, Florida, is suing a competitor, Advanced Cable Ties Inc. (ACT), for employing undocumented workers.....[AEM] specifically states [that AEM] has lost contracts and had to lower its prices as a result of ACT's alleged labor practices.

IT'S ABOUT TIME!
Unfortunately, AEM is not an ideal litigant.
Previously, according to AEM, ACT and AEM held exploratory talks, and they jointly strategized about using foreign labor at AEM's Florida plant.
Apparently, AEM decided not to use foreign labor.
Also, ACT has filed a countersuit against Florida-based AEM because AEM allegedly makes some products in foreign countries, but AEM claims those products are made in the USA.
Welcome to my world. Competitors who use illegal labor have been killing my business for over a decade.
Can we sue our competitors? I have some that sell to the government, passing through foreign content, instead of using American content. Definitely not in compliance with Trump E.O. to Buy American, Hire American.
This is great news! Punch back twice as hard!

Companies suing each other for using illegals is the best thing that could happen... Let’s hope the early cases have big cash awards - it’ll encourage others to jump on the ‘easy cash’ bandwagon... and while doing so help to stop illegals..
If the court system allows this type of case American companies won't be run out of business by the cheaters anymore. It would be a blessing...
Sue the bastards!
ok sounds good, ut what about foreign owned companies in the US? can they then say they want all foreign workers?
I’m all for getting illegals out and reducing foreign labor too, but just asking.
Companies are breaking the law if they hire illegals.
This company may not be ideal, but at least it may get the issue out there.
Payback is a merciless bitch.
This could prove to VERY entertaining.
I need a nap- brain is half asleep.
“ok sounds good, ut what about foreign owned companies in the US? can they then say they want all foreign workers?”

The company doesn’t say that they don’t want foreign worker-——they want LEGAL workers.
..
It would seem the better lawsuit would be against the government for not enforcing the law against specific competitors with specific citations with evidence. Then by publicizing the specefic proven allegations in the press, the competitor and the governmnt can be shamed.
The government can’t go broke and not pay a judgement
Neither was Donald Trump.
To some extent they can.
There is a specific USA work visa for “Intra-Corporate Transfers.” I can't recall the designation - “L-9” maybe?
Anyway, foreign companies can and do bring a lot of foreign workers.
Just recently there was a lawsuit involving a German company that constructed an expansion to a USA factory by bringing in East European workers hired through a German outsourcing firm.
The foreign construction workers were paid about 1/3 of what American construction workers would have received.
Bottom Line - every country in the world knows they can scam America in a thousand different ways as long as they have good American lawyers and quietly support Democrats and RINOs.
Right!?
Oh wait. First, we need to kill all the lawyers, right!?
Every employee in America is required to fill ot an I-9 form and provide specified documentation proving they are a legal citizen or a legal resident.
Obama was an employee of the US government so where is his I-9?
What documentation did he submit to verify his citizenship?
And who signed the I-9 affirming that they verified his documents and his legal status?

Conspiring with Foreign Nationals to drive legal business’s OUT OF BUSINESS.
Sounds like a RICO case to me, especially if you throw in Tax Fraud and Money Laundering which are REQUIRED when you hire Illegal Aliens.
