Thanks for the suggestion. I quit caffeine a few months ago, and I quit having headaches. I had chocolate three days in a row, and I’m thinks by that is the trigger. The headaches when I dropped caffeine were terrible and lasted about a week. I don’t ever want to do that again though the smell of coffee tempts me. So does chocolate. Ugh.
