Sliced through the webbing between my fingers while cutting a bagel once. Blood literally hit the ceiling. Didn’t hurt until the cute doctor gal stuck the needle directly in the wound to numb it up for stitches. She said people cutting rolls and bagels were how they stay in business :-)
It’s been a few years since a buddy of mine was attacked by a malicious bagel. While getting stiches they told him that bagels were the number one cause of accidents in the home.
