They dealt with Obama, not Trump. Obama didn’t sign the agreement either.
So far, the “deal” has all the legality of a yard sale flyer.
So, Trump didn’t nullify anything, it was null and void from the git-go.
I think it was Obama’s way of setting himself up for the rest of his life, as I’m sure that crook got a *healthy* kickback on all that money...in laundered cash, too.
