People stuck at an airport have to watch CNN.

The airports do that because then it makes the TSA screening seem like a relief.

War is chaos, and we are the kings of chaos.

All the training in the world is worthless if you have a specific plan you have to follow to win anyway, because they NEVER end up going like you need them to.

The JMC and their counterparts in Korea up date in real time with every piece of intel that comes in. As long as we have enough translators to communicate clearly at about the company level those large scale war games can be safely shelved now IMHO.

Let’s be serious. If it came to an actual war the “joint effort” will be something like “Here we go...you guys stay out of the way and watch this!!!”

This is why when Trumps in the midst of negotiations sit tight no matter what it looks like....have to give him room to set the stage and leverage he wants.

You'd think by now that people would see that. Not the dems or the scumbag media, but Republicans ought to see what's going on by now. I suspect they do but most of them hate our President as much as the dems.

Fact is if things go badly on KP, our troops are sitting ducks. No reason for them to be there.

That's the whole reason they are there. Same with Germany. They're a bloody trip wire. Sacrificial lambs who's slaughter is intended to provoke the American people to war if the old USSR or NK made a move.

You ignore the fact, there is a war there, still.

Isolationist pacifism is bad for America

I guess I’m just warped since I completely understood that the only thing President Trump was considering stopping are the large scale maneuvers and long range simulated bombing missions.

Troops remain and they continue to do what they do when they are not fighting, train.

The pests in the press just want to make something out of nothing. Idiots and traitors.

Any veteran of a tour in Korea would know they were speaking of Team Spirit level exercises, which normally happen just once a year.

A large portion of large exercises are now done in simulators. Cheaper. Easily reset situations. Etc

Tom, er, Senator Tom Cotton seemed to say Pompeo would be working on the verify end if everything wasn’t spelt out in the treaty.

I know exactly what’s going on there and it’s far from being a war.

In today’s world we don’t need to be face to face with our enemies to be effective.

It’s despicable and hypocritical for the media to complain about Trump giving Kim a propaganda win while they are screaming about it 24/7.

That’s part of the problem...perpetual war mindsets. Just like “1984”
