As an Eagles fan, I was ultimately pleased with Trump's revocation of the Birds' WH invitation because it emerged that the visit may have been an ambush by several SJW players. While there are several really upstanding Eagles, in the end I vote for MAGA over bread and circuses.

That said, some men, you can't reach. There are lots of hard-core sports fans who may vote with their jersey. Perhaps the Admin has done the math and they think the MAGA benefits will capture new voters in swing states to more than compensate for the lost jersey guys. To wit: maybe the lost Eagles fans will be overwhelmed by a pickup in Steelers fans. While the WH not inviting the Warriors likely won't impact the CA electoral college vote in 2020, I hope the Administration has a plan for (re) capturing the jersey-voting public's heart and vote.
