This is Stephanopoulos claiming that Cohen "may" cooperate with the feds because he's losing his lawyers. But cooperate in what? A plea deal to incriminate the foreign nationals also under investigation regarding his dealings?
There's nothing here related to the so-called Russian collusion case, which is the reason why this case is with the US attorney's office in NY and not part of the Mueller probe.
Cohen is being investigated for his own personal business dealings. Tell me where I'm wrong here?
The case is in New York because that state is a Dem feifdom where they are trying every trick possible to damage Trump. No one should delude themselves to think that this is really about Cohen. This is about naked, brutal politics. Also, Cohen will not plea bargain without legal counsel, so there is an undisclosed reason why that firm will not represent him going forward.
There is NO boundaries for Mueller. Rosenstein saw to this, and won't release his memo to show anyone.
If they have to get Cohen in a campaign finance violation that even tangentially involves Trump, they will pursue it. The goal is electoral damage to Trump in 2018 and 2020, or outright impeachment.
Mueller is trying to get a witness; a false witness will do just as good, if not better.
