A lowered probability of pregnancy in females in the USA aged 25–29 who received a HPV vaccine...

ABSTRACT

Birth rates in the United States have recently fallen. Birth rates per 1000 females aged 25–29 fell from 118 in 2007 to 105 in 2015. One factor may involve the vaccination against the human papillomavirus (HPV). Shortly after the vaccine was licensed, several reports of recipients experiencing primary ovarian failure emerged. This study analyzed information gathered in National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, which represented 8 million 25-to-29-year-old women residing in the United States between 2007 and 2014. Approximately 60% of women who did not receive the HPV vaccine had been pregnant at least once, whereas only 35% of women who were exposed to the vaccine had conceived. For married women, 75% who did not receive the shot were found to conceive, while only 50% who received the vaccine had ever been pregnant. Using logistic regression to analyze the data, the probability of having been pregnant was estimated for females who received an HPV vaccine compared with females who did not receive the shot. Results suggest that females who received the HPV shot were less likely to have ever been pregnant than women in the same age group who did not receive the shot. If 100% of females in this study had received the HPV vaccine, data suggest the number of women having ever conceived would have fallen by 2 million. Further study into the influence of HPV vaccine on fertility is thus warranted.

Lots of troubles can be avoided if kids are taught the importance of staying a virgin until marriage.

No need for a vaccine.

I know I am old-fashioned but hey.

I’ve sent this along to three others (one M.D., one M.D. researcher, and one data analyst) who probably know someone who can access it.

They also have little girls.

As I said, I don’t think posting without access is very good. As far as ignoring the study, where did I say that?
This is a reputable group. But, I am not paying a fee.

You would have to be a complete idiot to rush your kid down to get this nonsense.

Most of my mom friends are just that gullible. Sad, isn’t it? The only product with zero liability by law. People just don’t think.

That is the thing. Kids who don’t go wild with sex won’t need to worry about STDs. And kids who DO go wild with sex (by the way, those kids also had parents who didn’t want them to, but they did anyway, didn’t they?) CAN JUST KEEP GETTING STD CHECKS. They also won’t get cancer from HPV. Once they test + they get treatment and they don’t need this vaccine either.

Well, the funny thing is that they were giving these shots to 14-year-old girls, who are years away from being able to legally consent to any sexual activity whatsoever.

Whether these girls were virtuous and pure mattered not to the needle pushers.

So what's the alternative? Not posting? Isn't that the equivalent of ignoring the study? Or should we just wait around until the MSM decides this is newsworthy enough to cover?

A different question: how many of those who rejected the vaccine did so because they’re celibate or faithful to a spouse, so less likely to need it and more likely to have children?

Guilt will get parents to do the stupidest things ever.

It's the maternal instinct, and the desire to have the best things for one's children. If any mother worth the name hears from some "authority" that a certain treatment or medication will help her child, she'll generally be all for it.

The benefits far outweigh the risks. /s

I asked a very close relation why they hadn't any kids yet. He said, in the '50s, his mother-in-law took medications for morning sickness. This couple did eventually have 1 child, when they were in their mid 40s. This woman had 6 brothers had sisters. The man's father had 5 brothers and sisters.

Yes, this story proves nothing. Do you remember the Thalidomide scandal that began in 1957? I do.

My God, if you read FR on a regular basis most of the people here don’t believe in virginity until marriage!

I despise that commercial promoting the HPV vaccine by guilt tripping the parents of said child who grows up and get a cancer because Mummy and Daddy didn’t make sure little Susie or little Tommy get their HPV vaccine.

I literally scream at the TV.

“You little bastard! You should have keep you knees shut or put a wrapper on that thing” Screw you and your f%cking disease ridden pecker!

Society is a rotten structure ready to be knocked down by the next stiff breeeze.

I’ll marry a girl if she becomes virginal later on.

Considering the full court press that was being put on by the System to force this on little girls, who DIDN’T know that this would be the outcome?

Giving ANY kind of medicine to otherwise healthy young bodies without knowing the possible side effects is irresponsible and should be liable legally speaking.

It's NOT like other vaccines foe diseases where a sneeze or a cough could spread a disease like wildfire in the classroom.

We are killing our unborn children both by abortion and carelessness like this government program.

I thought that was a guaranteed side-effect for any woman that married you.

Haven't seen it. Of course, we'd have to actually watch TV in order to see it, so there's that.

Your blood pressure as well as your sanity will thank you for your "tv abstinence"

More and more I am questioning why I am paying a obscene amount for cable when it aggravates more than it comforts.

I'm an addict and I need an "intervention"(smiles)
