My feeling is Rosenstein was given a choice to either do the right thing and make sure justice is served or go down with the deep state. Looks like he is choosing the latter.

The way it looks, the deep state is going nowhere.
It has been made legitimate and is here to stay, backed up by threats from ANTIFA if anyone tries to expose it.
