Ultimately it may all be about protecting Obama. He is so deeply involved in the Clinton corruption (knowing about Hillary's illegal use of the private server from the start, and never insisting on the Dept. of State having an IG during her tenure) that if they went after her the trail would lead straight to him...so she gets away scot free as well. Of course the Clintons always skate.
This was the last chance to rescue the reputation of the FBI and it is being thrown away, all to protect the first black President.

If I am ever on a jury where the FBI was involved in the case in any way, I’m voting to acquit.
