Criminal prosecutions have ALWAYS been the responsibility of federal prosectors, that is not the job of the IG. This report outlines many failings and errors by the FBI and DOJ. Failings and errors are not crimes. You get fired for being lousy at your job but you don’t go to jail for it. If some of the identified actions rise to the level of crime, then Huber or soemone like him would go to a grand jury and seek an indictment. That’s how the system has always worked.

I understand people wanted hellfire and damnation and are mad they didn’t get it, but that’s their fault for having unrealistic expectations. You have to have a crime before you can send someone to jail and now we’ll find out if any were committed. Hating Trump saying so to your co-workers is just as protected under the first amendment as us hating Hillary and saying so on FR.

People need to stop getting hung up on “bias” which is not a crime and realize that 95% of this report validates and proves every single thing we have been complaining about that is wrong with the FBI and DOJ for years.

“A Review of Various Actions by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and
Department of Justice in Advance of the 2016 Election”. That’s all this report is about. The IG is not an appellate court that re-investigates whether Hillary broke the law, only the conduct of the federal investigation.

I don’t believe the charge of insubordination holds water. If Comey were truly insubordinate, the AG would have held a press conference within the hour to remind the people that the FBI Director does not make decisions on whether to prosecute, that Comey overstepped his authority and that the AG would be consulting with the President tomorrow about Mr. Comey’s future. Unless, of course, Comey was doing the bidding of the AG and the President, which is not insubordination.
