Battlefield Earth is bad to the point of being funny. I loved they way the cave man types got 1000 year old Harrier jets to fly. That aged jet fuel must be something.

Armand Assante did the best Gotti, and mops the floor with Travoltas cartoon version. He never got the notoriety but he’s a good actor.

The aliens were like Klingons with dreadlocks and acted like Ferengi.......But Travolta’s voice still came out like Tony Manero from Saturday Night Fever...............

I still say that the book, even as long as it is, is FANTASTIC.
I was listening to Mark Simone, on WABC, this morning and he was obviously at this premier last night. He raved about the film and said he thought it was Travolta’s best work ever..go figure.
