Rand Paul should have asked his dad Ron Paul to act as his lawyer. He may have been more forceful in presenting the case. What an injustice. The man was almost killed, and his health will never be the same as it was. Can he still sue for Civil Damages?
Recently a judge in California who went easy on a rapist, was recalled. Something like that should be done to this judge also.
