President Donald Trump called conservative media personality Matt Drudge "a great gentleman" and his website Drudge Report as "great" in an interview with Fox News on Friday morning.
"Drudge is great by the way," Trump said to "Fox and Friends" host Steve Doocy. "Matt Drudge is a great gentleman, he really has ability to capture stories that people want to see."

I’m simply sick of left wing media outlets and their lies. I have no interest in the lies they print day after day and their evil little narratives and manipulation.
But that’s what you get from Drudge now. When you figure out that you could just as easily check NYT/WaPo yourself and cut out the middleman, and then realize that you wouldn’t actually voluntarily do that, the practical function of Drudge right now is to sell their crap product to people who wouldn’t normally consume it.
You must not have noticed that Drudge’s retitling and placement serves to undercut the MSM narrative.You also must not have noticed how the MSM hates him. Do you really think it is because he is “nothing more than a leftist parrot?”
It still makes the malicious false narrative the centerpiece of debate.
That’s been proven to be a losing strategy.
The way to win is to write your own narrative and make THAT the basis for debate.

Weird. Headline after headline is all about Trump doom. Consistently highlights negative Trump stories from Trump hating sources. I only look at Drudge now to see what the other side is reading
