APPROX 150,000 English children were removed from their parents during the bombings during WWII,some were even sent overseas (Canada).
Not much whining in those days.

Well that was an entirely different time altogether. Refugees and immigrants coming here now are not even close to the mindset of that era. Those were grateful to have a place to go and they assimilated into the society.
