“Trump needs to stop playing victim and start playing The Boss.“

As much as I hate to admit it, until the Mueller BS is put to bed, Trump’s hands are somewhat tied by media spin. The right says it is a crime, the left says it isn’t because there was no intent. The left will fill the streets at the drop of a hat. Our side won’t. When our side finally does, we won’t be throwing rocks or poop filled balloons. Until then, mobs of SJWs and BLMs get the optics.

From the article:Thank goodness Mr. Hackney. Perhaps the IRS will hire you again and you can make good on your threat. We FReepers are always ready for a good laugh.

The IRS is at least as corrupt as the FBI. And we all know what is currently happening at the FBI.

Fire away Mr. Hackney. Good luck.

“hilip T. Hackney: From 2006 to 2011, Mr. Hackney was an attorney for the chief counsel of the I.R.S. specializing in nonprofit organizations.”

Whom else worked in that organization....hint, her last name rhymes with werner.

The New York Times is allied with the New York State Attorney General. They have conspired together to undertake a Spring Offensive to overthrow the duly elected U.S. Government. They are doing this because the Mueller Offensive is dying on the wires, they never got across the line of departure. So, the Democrats are throwing another attack on another front, the Trump Foundation. This one won’t budge the front line either.

“the Trump Foundation is a nonprofit organization that is entrusted with money to be used exclusively for public charitable purposes. Any use of foundation money to benefit himself is akin to theft.”

I believe that Trump’s son mentioned the entire family works for the foundation with a zero salary. Now then, how does that compare to baby birtha who is employed at the CFF at a heafty salary and which organization paid for her wedding dress? BTW, he also mentioned that the over head ratio is almost zero verses another where the over head was closer to 90% (CCF). Lastly, there is a wide difference between using foundation funds as a donation and having your name put on a donated item verses having the foundation pay your living expenses or hiring 3/4s of your political personnel as no show employees.

Why the I.R.S. Should Go After Trump

The IRS and The FBI are two government agencies, paid for by YOU, that the 0bama regime OPENLY weaponized to go after conservatives. Given Brennan's and Clapper's open hostility to The Constitution, I also have no doubt that the CIA and other intelligence agencies had the same objectives.

The ONLY way to correct this and ensure that it NEVER is repeated is to make examples of those involved, including Valerie Jarrett, Susan Rice, Hussein 0bama and Madam Hillary Benghazi!

I wonder if Trump’s accountants will have their offices raided and framed for made up crimes?

The IRS can’t touch Trump. He’s immune from criminal prosecution while in office, except by congress.

This attack has been ongoing. It has gone nowhere. Last year, the President released a personal tax return showing he paid more than $50 million on $150 million of income.

The Trump foundation has demonstrated that 90% of it’s required payouts go to good charitable causes which is the exact opposite of the Clinton Foundation. Eric Trump has done a stellar job setting an example how such charitable foundations should be run.

America Needs A Life Guard

This Trump Charity case is going absolutely no where. This is a distraction. It all went to charity, not private jets like Hillary’s. It was also very small numbers. These Democrat bastards can use taxpayer funds to spot the piece of lint on Trump’s suit, but fail to see the radioactive uranium in Hillary’s handbag. Everything about this is hypocrisy.

Frankly, the Clinton Fund was a grotesque wholesale vending operation of the interests of the United States for massive contributions from nations doing business with the then Secretary of State. How they can say Trump is guilty and Hillary is innocent is beyond comprehension. They treat the American public like idiots. The media is silently complicit in this outrage, as they are aligned with the DNC, and dedicated to the destruction of Trump.

The entire Uranium One deal precipitated both the Email scandal and the Russian framing of Donald Trump. All done to protect this massive betrayal of our security as well as the crass greed of the Clintons. When the dirt is finally cleared from these shallow graves, the rotting bodies will tell the awful tale. (Remember Comey was the general Counsel of Lockheed Martin, when the company made a multi million dollar contribution to the Clinton Fund. How could he then investigate it?)

The FBI hierarchy was not only biased against Trump, they became active and eager agents in the attack on his presidency, as well as the complete false exoneration of Hillary. They effectively rewrote the the espionage laws to protect her. The agents also ignored their own recusals to further protect her. This is not over, for a long time. In fact, some FBI agents are guilty of treasonous subversion of out election process. They are admitted participants in a coup d’etat, their texts provide the admission. America needs to fight back. Perhaps the secret police are too powerful.

If Jed Clampett (Jeff Sessions) was actually conscious America could mount a defense of the Constitution. (He stares like a zombie, while children drown in a wading pool, and he is unwilling to make a motion to save them.) If he were a patriot, instead of recusing himself, he should have quit immediately and let Trump pick someone else. This has been a disgrace. Now with a special counsel, destroying innocent lives, for a crime in which they have not produced any evidence, these hideous precedents are reducing our democracy to a jackbooted police state, where secret policeman and compliant lackey media types destroy the lives of those whose politics they do not like.

It is the Soviet Union under Stalin.

What was it that Schumer said about the intelligence services... “They have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you.” Exactly!

As an American Citizen, I would go after the IRS. And if given a free hand, I would eliminate it. Further, I would outlaw income tax of any type throughout the nation. While I am at it I would Constitutionally prohibit property taxes. Thus the state ceases to be the real owner of your property just as it was when the nation was founded. To fund the feds I would institute a Constitutionally mandated national sales tax of say 15%. The sales tax amendment would also strip congress of the power to tax. Except in a national emergency the declaration of which would require a supermajority of state legislature concurrence. A sunset provision of two years ensures congress cannot walk away after making new tax law for an emergency. A supermajority of state legislatures would have to approve renewal. This amendment would also prohibit transfer payments of any kind , phasing them out over a period of say 5 to 10 years. While I am at it I would eliminate judicial review. Finally, I would allow groups of ten or more tax paying citizens to put a bounty on lawyers. Is that last one sarcasm? Perhaps.
