Eliminate the graft, favoritism, corruption, bribery etc from the equation and the true cost would probably be closer to $20 million. One cent would be too much.

Only costs about $10 million per mile for new urban interstate.

But Chicago has some of the highest union pay in the country.

Lots of people getting fat on this project
