Since the IG report proved Comey, et al, were violating FBI rules, and federal laws how could firing him be construed as obstruction? Regardless, the President cannot be charged with anything for performing his duties as Chief Executive.

especially since the Constitution gives him the right to fire Comey for ANY reason or NO reason!!! He is the head of the Executive Branch and therefor Comey’s BOSS!
