If you look at the demographics of Lewiston on wiki, it shows the African American population increased 800% between 2000-2010 (the Bush years). Presumably those are the Somalis. I don’t have the figures in the last 8 years, probably even worse. This happened in town after town in America in the last 30 years. The Third World influx from the Clinton, Bushes, and Obama quite literally destroyed America.
I have ‘always’ figured the GENIUSES(??) that figured moving people from areas where 70 degrees is considered cold to areas where 5 or 6 days of 32 degrees in about half of the year is considered a heat wave, had their heads crammed where the sun don’t shine.
Of course one can consider it ‘spreading the grief’ and also has to wonder how much LOCAL ELECTED OFFICIALS monetarily gained by ‘allowing’ such crap.
Kind of like the citizens buying land and putting up a stadium that eventually charges prices that half the ‘donators’ are unable to afford, even though ‘they’ financed it.
Sort of like saying you are going to the South Pole because the weather is warmer just because it is the SOUTH Pole.
Too bad the cops won't investigate who in hell is responsible for allowing this conga-line of savages into the country, then go after them. I know, I know, not their job. Pass the buck...

And this is ultimately why the leftist demo_rats vote to allow mass immigration from horrible, islamic, third world countries. They know a portion of these people will wreck havoc and kill Americans. It is their desired result. the end state is fewer Americans who do not vote for demo_rats and more criminals who will.
