Holder demonstrated his contempt for Congress when he was held in contempt. He, Obama, and the leaders of the Democratic party laughed at the impotence of the Republicans in Congress.
The House has been controlled by the GOP since January 2011. The House cannot deliver repeal of Obamacare or the border wall. It could not hold Obama, Holder, Lois Lerner, and Hillary accountable for anything. Its investigative hearings have been an expensive joke. It has not used its power of the purse to end one wasteful government program and has continued to fully fund every Democrat social program, often at levels far beyond the dreams of the Democrats. Democrat activist non profit organizations, such as Planned Parenthood, continue to receive hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars.
Rosenstein will ignore Nunes and the GOP House in the same way Holder shrugged off his contempt citation.
