I was working up there when they were brought in. I ran a local call center. Calls centers are predominately female and their work schedules are among the most structured you can find.

The local social worker came to us and asked us if we could bring on 15-20 of these men who:

1. Did not want to work for women
2. Could not speak english well.
3. Did not have the same “sense of time” that we do.

I asked if they wanted to put the 200 people I already had working for us out of business, because if we allowed that into our operations, we would be out of business in about three months.
