On Monday, former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe refused to testify to the Senate Judiciary Committee about the IG report’s findings on the FBI’s handling of the Clinton email investigation.
McCabe invoked his 5th Amendment rights on Monday after failing to receive immunity from prosecution in exchange for his testimony.

I started listening and when it became a trailer to a Donald Trump impeachment hearing, I was out of there.

Effective Immediately, Trump should demand that a Rabid Republican Special Prosecutor be appointed Immediately to look into this, and anything else to do with FBI criminal and Political Corruption, as well as another blanket mandate given via Super Double Secret Verbal Authority!
The SP should have a bottomless budget, and he is free to appoint as many freedom-loving Constitutionalist Investigators as he cares to.
Attorney-Client Privileges no longer apply to SP’s anyway, so that will not be an issue!
Otherwise, he would have had to perjure himself.

He had no choice. His gonads are on the chopping block already. Anything he says could be used against him when his trial comes up, as it is surely going to.

I see nothing that would even whisper a suggestion of serious wrongdoing or intent that would result in anything other than a substantial pay raise and promotion.
