I think it impossible to destroy those widely-dispersed targets with nukes in mountainous terrain.

Unless we used a lot of nukes, of course.

I heard a report on TV today, that South Koreans involved in talks with the North, are discussing an end to the war, before the end of this year.

If so, we will see lots of moves like this.

...And just seeing artillery pulled back is huge.

The media is obsessed with the images of Trump putting kids in “concentration camps” and expelling their parents to be bothered with anything that would give Trump credit.
