Julie Robinson, more grist for the Bell Curve.

When someone comes from a culture big on signifying and jiving, and conspiracy theories involving "the plan", and Chuch's Fried Chicken, no doubt they are predisposed to make stuff up out of whole cloth, and then believe it. It's just another form of "reparations".

The only way that you and I can have any influence on the Federal Judiciary is by our choices in Presidential elections and when our Senate seats are on the ballot. Can you think of another way?

“U.S. District Judge Julie Robinson sided with voters”

Each illegal voter that votes a different way than a legitimate voter in effect deprives the legitimate voter of the right to vote and have it count. I want to hear the legal argument against that.

Except, of course, the argumentt that a citizen can vote all they want, but the Constitution doesn’t specifically state that it should count.

It was on the news about a judge being removed in California. Why not her?

Short answer is that there is a world of difference between a Federal Judge, appointed for life, and a local judge subject to voter recall or retention election.

“I have long looked on in wonder that our side never did this. Why do we put up with idiot tyrannical judges when the President can simply tell them to go F*** themselves, he won’t enforce their ruling.”

Good post. Leftists fall over and run when righteous people push back.

[The judge said the Kansas requirement violates the right to vote under the Fourteenth Amendment.]

Yes, and possibly the 73rd amendment too.

Idiot.

Every GD thing in our highly sophisticated and immersed society asks for ID but voting should not be held to this scrutiny? The absolute most profound decisions in our lives have to do with voting. To dismiss that it is essential that every vote is accountable is absolutely insane.

Nothing can be done about a Federal judge unable and/or unwilling to perform the duties of the job?

I’d love to see a state assert its rights like that and tell the federal judge to bugger off. What would happen? How would a federal judge get the marshalls to arrest the state AG?

Liberal states are already flouting many federal laws regarding illegals and doing so with impunity. Time to turn the tables on them.

Is she an idiot?

Apparently yes. I wonder if she is related to Moochelle Obama, who has the maiden name of Robinson?

“How would a federal judge get the marshalls to arrest the state AG?”

Won’t happen. As stated previously, President Trump would order the marshals to stand down. The back-up plan would see county sheriffs confronting the marshals with armed SWAT. Federal bureaucrats are totally committed to their federal paychecks and pensions. Mercenaries won’t risk those benefits for the glory of the deep state.

Judges ruling is unconstitutional. Judicial branch has no say over elections.
