I said at the time the clintonemail.com domain was disclosed that he did. It strains credulity to the breaking point to claim that in the time Clinton was his SoS that the President of the United States and his Secratary of State never emailed. HRC has said on the record that she never used US .gov email. Therefore, Obama must have been emailing on her private server.

The process works as it is, the IG has made all of the initial findings and presents them to the DOJ for Prosecution. It is procedural yes but it has to be done this way to observe the law and clean out the vipers nest, not go for a single kill shot and leave all the others behind
