I can do the protein and veggies, but the water part would be really hard for me! I do need to lose weight. Let me know her progress. Mr S has to watch his weight and he would be happy to do just protein and veggies. Son and DIL got pre-approved for a home loan (yayyyyyy!!!) and, one they are out, we can eat the way we want!
