I have relatives in Hungary. And I’ve been told what you just said there. But it’s risky business as the representative - and not you - legally owns the land.
Agreed. I would never try it. I am a dual though so I can buy property there. The people who are not citizens who do such a thing are usually the famous wealthy, who have their reps on such a lucrative string that it all works out.
