“Now let him enforce it”
“She argued that the judge did not provide a clear timeline for when Kobach had to instruct county clerks to implement the policy.”
True. LOL
Good. States are supposed to run elections, not the feds.
A very good move!
If we don’t start pushing back they are going to bury us....good on Kobach.
Isn’t this being appealed?
Not only does it make Kansas ground zero for election fraud, it becomes a precedent to cite in other state actions. Not to mention, it appears to conflict with a Supreme Court ruling that allowed another state (I forget which) to purge its voter rolls if people who hadn’t voted didn’t respond to multiple requests for re-registration.
How many army divisions does the court have?
Yes, I know...
5.56mm
The federal government can do as it pleases. Why can’t Kansas? I hate “The Hill” so much.
Where is the appeal?
Support Free Republic, Folks!
Have the State Police lock the Judge up for Treason.
Good.
This ruling is bound to be over turned.
It’s stupid.
Citizenship is REQUIRED for voting.
Kansas to federal judge: DROP DEAD!
Dont Mess With Kansas!
Can’t this judge have Mr. Kobach arrested and put under ankle chain the way the son of Jim Bunning did for the KY clerk, Kim Davis?
Good start.Tell the judge to pound sand.Let em enforce that rule.
So American Airlines will join United and will no longer be involved in CHILD TRAFFICKING.
Hopefully more companies help to put an end to this SCOURGE.
"In Monday's 118-page ruling, U.S. District Judge Julie Robinson wrote that the states requirement that voters show proof of citizenship during registration violated both the Constitution [??? emphasis added]..."
The states have never amended the Constitution to prohibit themselves from requiring that candidate voters show proof of citizenship when registering to vote. SHOW ME where Im wrong.
We need federal and state laws to immediately remove from the bench judges and justices who use the politically correct terms constitutional and unconstitutional if they fail to reference specific, reasonably supportive constitutional clauses in the same breath.
The state has a number of days to file a motion to reconsider, then lots of days to file an appeal with the US Circuit Court, and then far more time to appeal to the USSC.
.. and how many divisions does Judge Julie Robinson have ..
