Many diseases including rapid plague spreading in Europe can be traced to migrants. Americans are now in for it.
Even in the mid 1970s I remember little Asian girls adopted near here who had TB (”just about all of them from Asia have active TB” a doctor said to the parent we knew.)
Other stories now are hinted at in the news when they say it’s “difficult” to trace the new influenza source-—don’t hurt the feelings of immigrants.
