Please refrain from pointing out facts and incurring the wrath of Lamebrains. I pointed out there were too many defendants for any hope of success and was jumped by one of them.
Don’t need to list every potential defendant or every RICO predicate act. 15-20 is more than enough in a civil lawsuit.
This case is ill-conceived and fruitless. In fact, it diminishes ultimate success.
