Took me a moment. Look at Twombly and Iqbal - the two cases that gutted Rule 8.

I wouldn’t say those two cases gutted Rule 8. they did say that the complaint must alleged specific facts to support the claim. Mere allegations are obviously not enough.

I could see a RICO complaint against the Clinton foundation being well over 100 pages given all the RICO predicate acts committed, but it needs to be much easier to comprehend than the nonsense this attorney filed.
