Isn't bringing in large numbers of non-assimmilable people, under false pretenses, in a DELIBERATE attempt to overwhelm & subvert a country's culture and economy, an act of war in itself??

Many see the flood of migrants as an invasion which is of course an act of war, so why not take war like measures in response.
