I read, but can not verify, that Maryland Congressman Elijah Cummings recommended Rod Rosenstein. This may have occurred around the time that PDJT had the Black Caucus in the Oval Office for a meeting. If so, Trump may have thought it would be a way of winning some support from the BC. POTUS has since learned that Dems cannot be trusted in anything.

We all know McCain’s a skunk but why neglect that this creep Kerner has been given a position in the present administration?
